Delivery schedules stated above are calculated from Order Date. Orders are normally received within the stated timeframe from Despatch Date but can be longer in some cases. Confirmation of despatch, complete with final invoice, will be emailed to your registered email address on the day of despatch. Delivery times are not binding and are subject to Bank Holidays.  

All orders are well packed to make sure all goods are kept safe and secure during transit. Whilst every effort is made to deliver orders in immaculate condition, occasionally problems can occur in transit. If the courier attempts delivery, and no one is present to accept, the goods will be returned and held at a local delivering depot where they will await further instruction. On this occasion, please contact the leaflet left by the mail carrier.

We currently only ship within the UK and are not open to international orders.
